Gloroots is an employer of record (EOR) and contractor management platform that simplifies global employment for its clients, serving as their trusted partner for comprehensive employment solutions. Their mission is to make international team management easier for companies. They handle payroll, benefits, compliance, and taxes, freeing clients to concentrate on growing their businesses confidently. Their innovative services remove the necessity of setting up local entities, providing clients with a hassle-free, cost-effective solution.

Objective

Gloroots reached out to TripleDart for assistance with improving organic traffic and fixing the website content structure. We continue to support them in their efforts to become a well-known authority in the global employment industry.

Challenge

Being a new entrant, Gloroots was struggling to gain a foothold in the EOR space. This was compounded by the fact that more mature players like Deel and Remote were well-entrenched in the market.Gloroots wanted to build topical authority as an EOR platform in the global employment and global hiring domains through SEO and content efforts.

Gloroots also did not have a structured website design to host various types of content to bring in organic traffic. They were finding it a challenge to draw in site visitors with the few pieces of content they had published.

Strategy

TripleDart crafted a comprehensive SEO and content strategy to help boost organic traffic:

Diverse SEO-focused content: We created blog posts, country-specific microsite pages, and search engine optimized landing pages.

Semantic Keyword targeting: We targeted keywords relevant to our goals, including competitor alternative keywords with high intent and low difficulty and country-specific keywords related to the platform.

More MOFU and BOFU content: We created competitor comparison pages, case studies, and product-oriented pages. This helped visitors navigate the site better and understand the product along with its suitability for them.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities: Finally, we implemented side banners, bottom-of-the-page banners, and exit intent popup forms on pages with high intent and traffic to improve conversion rates.

Outcomes

Within 6 months, we were able to help Gloroots achieve the following outcomes:

5X increase in organic traffic: From 205 organic visitors in February 2023, the number rose to 1060 visitors in August 2023. This is a 407% increase in organic traffic!

Increase in leads: From 0 leads in March 2023, we were able to pull in 27 organic leads in July 2023 and 21 organic leads in August 2023.

Increase in leads: From 0 keywords ranking in the SERPs in March 2023, we have 58 keywords ranking in positions 1-10 on Google SERPs.

Thus, we were able to help Gloroots gain a significant increase in organic traffic and conversions to their website.
