RevenueHero is an Online Scheduling software that enables Marketing and Sales teams to double their pipeline by qualifying, routing and scheduling more meetings. Their mission is to convert form-fills into meeting booked besides routing the inbound leads on a real-time basis. RevenureHero combined forces with TripleDart to manage their organic channels including SEO & Content Creation along with their performance marketing efforts.
In less than a quarter of onboarding RevenueHero, TripleDart was able to leverage 1.17K clicks and 106Kimpressions which resulted in a 200% increase inorganic traffic. TripleDart applied its unique Strategy for setting up the on-page and off-page SEO Tactics. Besides, we also published 10 to 15keyword driven blogs every month. As a result of this, some of the recent blogs published by the TripleDart team for RevenueHero ranks #1 on SERP in less than a month.
On the Paid Marketing front, the Strategists at TripleDart custom-built the Paid Search, Paid Social, and ABM campaigns for RevenueHero from ground up, including copies and creatives for paid ads besides Landing Page designs. With consistent efforts, the team was able to leverage a 2x increase in the Sales Qualified Opportunities for RevenueHero.
Problem:
Due to the lack of historical data, we encountered roadblocks in forecasting the lead flow. Parallely, we also had to identify the best-performing channels and carve out the optimal approach for each channel within a short period. To achieve this, we had to perform A/B testing on all the paid efforts and evaluate the results on a week-on-week basis while still keeping a tab on the spend.
Challenges:
RevenueHero Ad account is relatively new hence , it doesn't have significant campaign or account-level learning.
While scaling a brand from scratch and setting them up for success, every strategy should focus on actionable metrics over vanity metrics. This is the most common challenge that every pilot marketing team encounters, and TripleDart functioning as the in-house Marketing partner for RevenueHero happened to hit this crossroad pretty often as well.
Strategy :
For Organic channels:
- Built a product-led content strategy by creating 30,000 words of high-quality content every month
- Drove topical authority by implementing Hub& Spoke content structure
- Conducted monthly content audit to improve ranking and relevancy and prioritised low-difficulty Keywords
For Performance Marketing efforts:
- Close-knit account structure - We segmented campaigns based on high-intent and low-intent keywords to maximize impressions and potential leads. We further segregated the campaigns at the regional level as well.
- Maximize ad conversions - We implemented mix of strategies to maximize impressions and ad conversions and experimented with Enhanced-CPC & Max Conversion as abiding strategy.
- CTA Experimentation - We also experimented with ‘Book demo’ & ‘Free trial’ CTAs. The volume of leads was higher with the Free trial, reducing CPL as well.
- Landing page optimization - We reduced junk leads by adding qualifiers. We listed RevenueHero’s ICPs to drive quality leads that best fits profiles.
