Documentation can be mind-numbing work, especially when it comes to tedious legal documents with multiple clauses, subclauses, and so on. SpotDraft aims to solve this problem and positions itself as a provider of Contract Management Systems for legal teams.

In August 2023, SpotDraft partnered with TripleDart Digital to construct a scalable inbound funnel that can attract and nurture qualified leads with minimal effort. They remain active clients and are working with TripleDart to establish a predictable inbound funnel for sustainable MQLs and successful conversions.

Services Provided

TripleDart Digital provided PPC services to SpotDraft, aiming to establish a predictable inbound funnel, attract high-quality leads, and optimize advertising spends. The main aim was to achieve maximum efficiency and enhance the overall marketing ROI for SpotDraft.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge for SpotDraft was constructing a scalable inbound funnel and attracting high-quality leads. Optimizing the advertising costs was another area that SpotDraft needed help with. They believed Triple Dart could be the answer to achieving sustainable MQLs and successful conversions.

Approaching TripleDart was indeed the right decision. SpotDraft’s metrics started showing significant improvements from the get go.

  • The demo bookings had an increasing trend with the total number becoming 30 from the initial level of 6. This was a staggering 400% increase for SpotDraft.
  • The scaled pipeline went from $22,600 to $163,300 in only a few months.

How We Did It?

TripleDart Digital believes that tailored strategies work best for digital marketing success. They implemented the following strategies to achieve the specified metrics.

Quick-Win Strategies for Better Leads:
TripleDart adopted a targeted approach and focused on quick-win search campaigns. Initially, the emphasis was on BoFu (Bottom of the Funnel) campaigns. These campaigns were complemented by tailored landing pages and aligned with selected keywords.

As part of the expansion strategy, TripleDart also ventured into new regions, including APAC, EMEA, and NA. TripleDart recognized NA's highly competitive landscape, where ROI could be challenging due to intense competition. Instead of directly competing in the region, we focused on leveraging MoFu (Middle of the Funnel) content to generate leads. We also used dynamic search ads to target downloads in the initial phases and attracted leads for MoFu content pieces such as downloadable reports, templates, and checklists. All this combined allowed TripleDart to efficiently navigate competitive landscapes and maximize lead generation across different regions.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
At TripleDart, we implemented strategies to enhance the quality of incoming traffic by focusing on the content. We improved the website content and refined the ad copy to increase foot traffic and attract higher-quality leads. Simultaneously, landing pages were optimized to effectively convert this improved traffic at higher rates. As a result, there was a significant increase in demo bookings, which allowed SpotDraft to increase its customer base.

Pipeline Management:
We implemented effective pipeline management strategies to scale pipeline growth, focusing on lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
